Do I need a visa?
Ensure you check the visa application process for entering Korea in the first instance of registering. If you are travelling from India, China, Africa and any Middle East regions you will require special documentation to apply for your visa. Below is the list of documents that you may be required to produce:
- Original Signed invitation letter from a Korean host organisation
- Original Invitation letter from a Korean host organisation with the official seal
- Business Certificate of a Korean host organisation
- Certificate of Seal impression of Korean host organisation
- C-3-1 form with the sign or seal (only for chinese)
If you do require any of the above documents, please contact us with what documents you need and we may be able to assist. If you only require an invitation letter, please ensure you register and select this option during the registration process in order to be sent one.
How do I register as part of a group to APGC18?
For group bookings of 10 or more, contact [email protected] to assist you with your booking. Register for groups of 5 – 9 through the online group registration portal here.
Where is the congress being held?
The congress is being held at Busan Exhibition and Convention Centre (BEXCO) located at #55 APEC-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan 48060. This premier location is right in the hub of Busan, and less close to the beautiful beaches of Haeundae. For more information about the venue please click here.
Getting to BEXCO
Transfers will be provided for delegates to and from BEXCO to Westin Chosun Busan only. These transfers will take delegates to and from BEXCO at the beginning and end of the day.
Centrally located, BEXCO is easily accessible by public transport, including subway and bus. For more information on how to get to the ICC please click here.

How do I get around Busan?

How do I use public transport?
The best way to pay your public transport fares is via a Hanaro card, a smart card which allows you to load funds for any kind of public transport. These can be purchased at convenience stores and ticket vending machines located inside metro stations. You can recharge the card at metro stations, Busan Bank, Busan Gimhae Light Rail Transit and convenience stores.
Alternatively, for those who are travelling from other parts of Korea like Seoul, if you already have a T-money card, there is no need to purchase a Hanaro card as you can use your T-money card in Busan.
